INGREDIENTS
Wontons
6 tbsp. Wild About Wasabi®, finely ground
¼ cup soy sauce
3 scallions, finely chopped
6 oz. chicken breast, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. ginger, minced
1 egg yolk for egg wash
1 package wonton wrappers

Sauce
½ cup Wild About Wasabi®, finely ground
2 oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water

Garnish
Cilantro leaves
Scallions, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Wontons
Mix soy sauce, chicken, scallions, garlic, ground Wild About Wasabi®, and ginger well. Add 1 tbsp. of mix to the middle of each wonton wrapper. Egg wash edges and fold into a pyramid; seal edges. Preheat fryer to 375°. Deep-fry the wontons for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Do not crowd the fryer.

Sauce
Mix the citrus juices, ½ cup water, and powdered sugar. Bring to a simmer and stir in soy sauce, the rest of the water, and the ground Wild About Wasabi®.

Garnish
Plate finished wontons with the sauce, scallions, and cilantro leaves.
