Truly Good Foods to Unveil New Snack at PMA Fresh Summit

Truly Good Foods, snack food manufacturer and distributor, will be introducing their newest snack Veggie Cubes at PMA Fresh Summit in New Orleans, LA. The brand will be located at Booth #4008 at the show, sampling a wide variety of its snack lineup.

Veggie Cubes are a light and airy mix of vegetables that include sweet potato, squash, carrot, taro, cucumber and purple sweet potato. Veggie Cubes are non-GMO with no artificial ingredients.

“We’re really excited about the launch of our Veggie Cubes,” said Chad Hartman, director of marketing for Truly Good Foods. “This is a very unique product you won’t find anywhere else in the U.S. There are many different ways to enjoy the snack – from on its own to toppings on a salad.”

Vegetable snacks are a growing category, already up 22% from last year. This is compared to a 2% increase of snacks overall. Veggie Cubes use a vacuum-fried process which pressurizes the vegetables at much lower temperatures than traditional frying, allowing for added crispness and health benefits.

Veggie Cubes are available now in 24lb bulk and will be coming soon to TGF’s Garden Chips line of 4oz resealable trays.
