Saffron Road is reinventing modern snacking by unlocking the power of lentils, which are dense in protein, high in fiber, and low in fat. In addition to the lentil chips, we are bringing in BeanStalks that have 3 grams of plant-based protein in every serving—but with 50% less fat than potato chips. Finally, the Chickbean Crisps are made from milled chickpeas and vegetables. Every serving contains 4 grams of plant-based protein.
