Tiger Nuts

Little-known tiger nuts could be the next big superfood. They have actually been around for ages, with pieces discovered inside Egyptian pharaohs’ tombs. Tiger nuts are creamy, with a naturally sweet coconut flavor. Keep in mind though that the nuts need to be soaked in water overnight to become edible. Once soaked, they can be eaten as a snack, ground into flour, or pressed to make a plant-based milk.

Watermelon Seeds

A new seed has emerged in popularity and health benefits. Watermelon seeds are gaining traction as a great snack option that rivals sunflower and pumpkin seeds. They’re perfect to sprinkle over your breakfast for a nutritional boost or eat roasted as a snack.
