The 2017 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show is sure to be one of the biggest yet with an attendance set to top 67,000 food service professionals May-20-23 in Chicago.
NRA is the most comprehensive annual trade show for the restaurant, food service and hospitality industries. Four days of exploring, learning and networking allow industry professionals to leave with a wealth of knowledge and connections. It’s always a great opportunity to see what trends are on the horizon and learn what new solutions are available.
This year’s show will feature specialty areas including the Tech Pavilion, Startup Alley, Alternative BiteStyle — an area highlighting products and ingredients for alternative diets — and the Foodamental Studio, which will host a variety of hands-on workshops.
The National Restaurant Association surveyed nearly 1,300 professional chefs and members of the ACF on what food trends they see for this year. Expect to see a lot of these trends in person at the show this year including street-food inspired dishes, healthy snacks for kids, ethnic-inspired breakfast items, ancient grains, protein-rich seeds, savory desserts and much more.
The BAR trade show has been co-located with the NRA show since 2008 and will take place this year on Sunday, May 21, and Monday, May 22. It’s a chance for bar and beverage professionals to view thousands of established and emerging beverage-alcohol brands and related products and services. There are also seminars and workshops to expand your knowledge and improve bar operations.
Truly Good Foods will be exhibiting at BAR17 in Booth #11432. Stop by to sample some of our best selling bar snacks, win prizes, and find out Why These Buffalo Nuts are Making us Thirsty!
