TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS:

I manage the food & nutrition department at Mountain View Hospital.  We have a café and coffee shop. TGF snacks serve doctors , patients, visitors and catering events we do on site.

WHO ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Patients, family visiting patients, doctors and hospital employees.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TGF CUSTOMER?

Two years.

WHAT TGF PRODUCTS DOES YOUR BUSINESS SELL?

We sell the bulk bags in the café and I get a variety of bulk items for my doctors lounge.  They love the varieties and always tell us their favorites.  We also use TGF snacks in caterings for a candy station  which has been very popular, My coffee shop is always looking to sell items so we get some in bulk and others we get pre-bagged to sell.  My customers love the holiday varieties we get in!

HOW DO YOU MERCHANDISE THE PRODUCTS?

In the doctors lounge, it’s snack dispensers. In the café, we offer bulk bags and in the coffee shop we sell both bags and bulk items we bag ourselves.

WHAT ARE SOME SELLING/MARKETING TIPS YOU’VE SEEN SUCCESS WITH?

Keep it seasonal and give a variety. Our customers like to see something different and relevant.

PERSONAL FAVORITE TGF PRODUCT?

The peanut butter chocolate covered pretzels!  When we put those in the doctors lounge word gets out and we easily go through a whole case in a day.
