TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS:

J&J Vending has grown in the last 38 years to so much more than a vending company. We provide the San Francisco Bay Area with snacks and drinks but also excellent customer service. We do vending, micro markets and grab-and-go pantry service for those lucky companies who provide snacks to their employees for free. Not to mention office coffee and water filtration service. We are literally a “mom and pop” (and daughter) business, but also a franchise of one of the biggest vending companies in the world, allowing us to provide pricing of the big guys but customer service of the little guys.

WHO ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Our customers are companies all over the Bay Area. We service dot coms, schools, hospitals, manufacturing & distribution centers and everything in between. Our customers are our lifeblood.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TGF CUSTOMER?

We have been a TGF customer for just over a year now, since April 2015.

WHAT TGF PRODUCTS DOES YOUR BUSINESS SELL?

We sell a variety of bulk snacks to our customers. Our biggest sellers are: roasted almonds, roasted salted cashews, French vanilla almond granola, Happy Hour Mix™, Sunburst™, deluxe roasted salted mixed nuts, and milk chocolate almonds. Super Charged Cranberry Blend™ especially we cannot buy enough of for our customers!

HOW DO YOU MERCHANDISE THE PRODUCTS?

We provide various bins and containers for the bulk items.

WHAT ARE SOME SELLING/MARKETING TIPS YOU’VE SEEN SUCCESS WITH?

People love that we started out as a father/son company back in 1978, and now we are a father/daughter company. J&J Vending has always been a family company and that’s a rare commodity these days.
