Tell us about your business:
We are a culinary management company providing all nutrition, food service and catering services to St Luke’s Hospital as well as other medical, casino, restaurants, schools across the nation. At all the St Luke’s we provide all the patient meals, staff meals , catered events and the community. We have full service, beautiful cafeterias where we offer hot food, soups, cold food and salads. We also offer amazing prepackaged Truly Good Foods products.
What kind of changes has 2020 brought to your business?
Covid19 in 2020 has forced us to make many changes in our services. There is no more salad bar. Our team has prepackaged everything on site except for the hot line. Even the tables are divided beautifully with Plexiglas so we can fit our customers comfortably.
What’s one interesting thing you have learned in the last month?
How much more sanitary things can be.

Huge variety. We try to change it up and offer from all the categories Truly Good Foods offers.
Personal favorite TGF product?
S’mores and More Grabeez! The banana chips are also very popular as well as Sweet Tooth.
