It all started on a Catamaran off the coast of Barbados. In between ocean swims, snorkeling, swimming with sea turtles and watching flying fish, a conversation about work broke out. I did the Marketing for Truly Good Foods and had a blog and social networks hungry for content. She created recipes and was one of the cooks on a great blog, 37 Cooks. One thing led to another, contacts were shared, and the Truly Good Foods Challenge was created!
The challenge was for the cooks at 37 Cooks to create recipes with some of our most unique products. We sent them four of our very own manufactured products, Praline Pecans, Butter Toffee Peanuts, Blackened Pumpkin Seeds and Buffalo Nuts. We hoped that these four unique flavors would provide a challenge for the talented cooks at 37 Cooks!
